This was my first time using a locksmith, let alone an out of hours contractor. Our front door lock had broken and so we needed an emergency call out. The initial phone call was simple and professional. I received a call back straight away to arrange the visit. He then called me again 20 minutes out, just as he said he would. When here, he assessed the problem and, once he found the issue, was able to not only secure the property, but also replace the entire damaged unit. This was all done within 1 hour!!
