Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service from Craig at Fensome Locksmiths. Within an hour of contacting him, he met me at the property and had me back inside incredibly quickly, with no damage whatsoever.

Chris was extremely professional, carried out the appropriate identity checks, and the charge was very fair and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service by Rob, replacing my french door locking mechanism.

He went the extra mile to fit the parts, making adjustments etc as the original parts were unavailable or way too expensive.

Rob then came back and added extra bolts I asked for and was a real perfectionist, ensuring the doors were adjusted at the hinges too so that everything worked perfectly.

100% recommend - top job!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Craig turned up on time and was very helpful resolving problems with our front door lock

Sound, friendly advice and explanation of what was required

Craig quickly decided that no new parts were required, just an overhaul of the existing lock

We would highly recommend Craig, a thorough, knowledgeable and friendly service

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rob was absolutely amazing, I can’t thank him enough! He was honest, reliable, and very affordable. After I was nearly scammed by another company, Rob fixed the problem in less than three minutes and didn’t even need to change any of my locks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy locksmith. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Don't just take our word for it

Used Fensome to change the locks of a rental property following an eviction. Very competitive rates, great communication and flexibility throughout. Craig was professional, quick and friendly putting me at ease through a difficult situation.
